J_load = mass_kg * (lead_m / (2 * pi))^2, in kg·m2. Ratio = J_load / J_rotor. T_accel = (J_rotor + J_load) * alpha, in N·m when alpha is rad/s2.
Notes about a ratio under 3 to 5, or over 10, are not limits. A torque above the holding value is not guaranteed motion.
